Mark's Famous Dry Rub

1/4 c kosher salt
3 T cumin
3 T paprika
2 T black pepper
2 T chili powder
1 T garlic powder
1 T celery salt
1 T dry mustard
1 t cayenne

good for 8 lb pork shoulder.
reserve 3 T to sprinkle on finished meat.
